SP doom2 (map ) requires: No Specific Port Reviewer: Blue Paladin
Overall - Score: 8 For a romp in the evening, call… whoever your bootie-call usually is. But, for a romp in the sky, call Karthik; he’s got just the map for ya!

Difficulty - rating: 7 I played this level on UV and it wasn’t too hard but I got walloped just the same. There were trick doors around every corner, and I think, two or three health power ups… THAT’S IT. Not a lot of ammo to go, but the berserk power up helped a lot. I can’t say this enough, SAVE YOUR AMMO. ‘Cause you will have more than hurt feelings when you run into an Arch Vile with two shots left in your shotgun. (Trust me, I know).
Playability - rating: 7 This level was very short and very direct. No puzzles, a few secrets, and a bevy of baddies. This is challenging on all skill levels. The maze-like map made for lots of surprise attacks and lots of quicksaves! In the action portion, This level is good-to-go!
Level Design - rating: 10 Labyrinth-style maps are always cool. They confuse you, set you up for ambushes, and keep you guessing all the time. That makes for a good level. Out Of Phase is just that. Nothing special, but the use of map design and linedefs set this one off in a nice way.
